北京医科大学硕士研究生导师。2000年博士（全国统召）毕业于山东医科大学。2003年晋升副主任医师，2006年被聘为北京医科大学硕士研究生导师。
一直致力于妇科肿瘤的临床与基础研究。熟练阴式子宫切除术、阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术（国内领先），熟练腹腔镜微创手术，掌握各种妇科恶性肿瘤根治术。擅长宫颈癌前病变（CIN）的诊断和处理，擅长阴道镜技术、激光技术和LEEP技术。独创LEEP新方法----三段切割法治疗宫颈CIN（国内先进）；独创CIN治疗方案选择新策略----根据病变阴道镜特点选择治疗方案（国内先进）。尤其擅长妇科恶性肿瘤化疗，擅长妇科肿瘤的新辅助化疗（NACT）和维持化疗、一线化疗、二线化疗，独创复发癌化疗新思维---常规化疗药物疗效预测分子靶向化疗（国际首创，国际领先技术），显著提高复发癌化疗的临床缓解率。截止到2006年1月，以第一作者核心期刊发表专业论文21篇，全部为妇科肿瘤论文，涉及妇科肿瘤的各个方面。
